The staff were very helpful and went out their way to help. Room was clean and spacious. It was my daughter’s birthday Suman from reception helped to organise to decorate my room with balloons and cake with house keepers help. This made my daughter’s day extra special. Lots of gratitude for their services

Courteous staff however, although the room appeared ok on the face of things, we discovered hairs in the bed, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Situated down a dark alley and didn’t feel safe
