This place is the bomb. Loved our suite, loved the pool and the breakfast was wonderful

The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch. I will go back to The Fifth Avenue Hotel. It was a wonderful experience.

This was the most wonderful hotel and staff i ever experienced. It made the trip to NYC that much greater for my dad and myself.

Location is best im America. EVERYTHING is right there. Staff is extremely attentive and excellent workers. They found all kind of perks and things to offer us. Truly above and beyond. The property is older; needs renovations to bring it to 22 st century with period details. Our compliments to all employees who made us feel welcome and gave us the VIP treatment.

Well located on upper east side, very friendly and efficient staff, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

Love this hotel, we’ve stayed here two years in a row and will continue. The price is right even though it’s a bit small and no amenities it’s all you need for visiting the big apple.

We had a great time at the W Times Square. Ish was simply fantastic, he made our checkin process easy and explained the property in a funny and friendly way. We were able to go to the TMPL gym and got our complimentary drinks. He also signed us up to become Marriott members, so we’re looking ahead to a long time relationship with the chain. Ish, you’re amazing and you deserve a HUGE raise. Best, David and Alejandro from Vegas
