It is a modern hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. The location is excellent and a short walk away from shopping and site seeing places. The pool is very small and it is really intended for kids or cooling off. It is more like a pond. Overall, highly recommended.

Our 5 night stay at Eurostar Laietana was excellent. The place was very clean which we liked and the beds were comfy. The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very helpful they would go out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We had a road facing room and it would get noisy at times. We did have a problem the first night with a leaky roof in the bathroom but we were given a different room straight away. The breakfast is good but it’s same menu everyday. Over all it was an excellent stay and I would definitely choose to stay there again.

What a wonderful stay! Our family of seven enjoyed the spacious accommodations! The bed were comfortable, the cotton sheets smooth and cool, the fully functional kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, the location was close to shopping and numerous restaurants and tapas cafes, as well as bus and train access

I stayed at Ohla Barcelona for two nights in a Junior Suite. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The rooftop was one of the highlights of my stay, very relaxing, with stunning views over the city and the cathedral. Breakfast was also excellent. As a vegan, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of options available and never felt like I was missing out, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, it does seem that the hotel may be a little behind on room maintenance. I experienced issues in both rooms I stayed in, including lights that weren’t working, a broken phone, and problems with the doors/windows. The issue in my original room resulted in significant street noise and a very difficult first night’s sleep, which required me to change rooms the following day. That said, the hotel did ultimately take my concerns seriously and worked to make the situation right, which I appreciated. There is a lot to love about Ohla Barcelona, the property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the rooftop is fantastic, and the breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced as a vegan. With some additional attention to preventative maintenance and ensuring rooms are fully checked before guests arrive, the experience could be excellent.
