Has a nice restaurant and pool

Check in was great, and quick. I really appreciate the breakfast voucher and the convenience of the 2 restaurants in the building. BUT When I got to my room I noticed it was very poorly cleaned, make up was still spilt on the counter, hair in the shower and bath tub, coffee table didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I am 36 weeks pregnant and was in town for a prenatal appointment when I got to my room I was exhausted and just wanted to lay down and relax. The last thing I wanted to do was walk all the way back down the hallway (I was at the very end on the 4th floor) to request a clean room. When I checked out I told the front desk about the filth and she didn’t seem to care she said I should have requested to switch rooms. I was very disappointed with the lack of compassion and the lack of willingness to do anything!

Staff was difficult to understand upon check in! Never received credit for breakfast that we paid for in advance. Now Now we have to try to get credit, as we paid for it at the restaurant. Apparently it’s being investigated!!! How difficult can this be???

The indoor/outdoor pool was great. We love coming back, convenient getting to the pool from both buildings, quiet and clean rooms too.

The hotel itself is great. Very clean, quick check in, the infamous free checkin cookie, and friendly staff. The restaurant though, that’s another story. There were like 10 people in there and they were turning away tired hungry people because they only had one staff member working and couldn’t accommodate more than that. Absolutely unacceptable for a family looking for food and refreshments after a long day.

The staff at the front office was awesome! He was friendly and welcoming. The room was not the cleanest and was falling apart. The sports bar isn’t open and they still had the menu in the room so that was lame. The location is great for getting to the mall and bars/restraunts

Our room was excellent and it met everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the room was very quiet. The pool was great, and the pool area was clean, and the towels were very clean as well The restaurant basically sucked at best. It took five minutes before anyone came to the front to see us at a table. The waitress for friendly, but the food sucked and definitely overpriced for the quality in which it was served.
