Rocky Mountains Pet-friendly Vacations

We stayed in a loft room with 6 person capacity in July. The AC in our room did not work, in fact, the heat was on. We spent many hours cooking in 28 degrees before they decided to move us (they also split us up into different rooms) at 11pm. Huge pain inconvenience at that point. They waived the valet fee to make up for this, but that was it. No discount. Considering they charged $1200/night for this room, I am very disappointed in how this was handled.

Elevation is our favorite place to stay in CB, It has friendly staff and the accommodations are amazing! I don't want to stay anywhere else - summer or winter!

One of the elevators was broken which made leaving the hotel very difficult. We also didn’t have any hot water in the shower.

The property is nice looking the parking was minimal. There are some quality control issues at the location and you can definitely see it. We checked in and found 4–5 black hairs on a clean pillow. The bathrooms are definitely lacking maintenance with a handle falling off our sink the toilet was wobbly and leaking at the gasket on the floor the silicone was peeling off around the toilet and sinks and the drain in the tub was not draining well at all, when you have a shower you are 2-3 inches ankle deep in water. I would say the beds are in need of replacing as you sink into the middle of the bed if your with your partner my kids also complained about the beds and when we brought up the issues with Expedia they were called and we also stated the issues we noticed with the room upon checkout and they didn’t offer compensation at all and for a $700.00 stay for one night. The expectation of the cost was not met at all regardless of the location. When we told the Expedia representative we wanted a refund they called and then the hotel ghosted the Expedia representative and left them on hold the Expedia representative tried to call back and they didn’t pick up.

The hot water didn’t work at all and the staff was extremely rude and dismissive of complaints even though we spent over a thousand on three rooms to stay.
