⭐ 1/5 – Terrible experience Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning was essentially useless. We were told the AC is centrally controlled and could not be lowered, and that nothing could be done until a technician came the following day. The room had an old analog thermostat with no temperature display, and even with the window open, my 4-year-old son and I were sweating and uncomfortable. The booking photos/information gave the impression that the room had individually controlled air conditioning, which was misleading. I asked for another room with properly functioning AC, but the hotel was full and they could not move us. They also refused to cancel the reservation. The conditions were unacceptable, especially traveling with a young child, so we had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
