Overall, the stay was acceptable. I would like to thank the housekeeping team for their cleanliness and helpful attitude. However, the reception experience was disappointing. My request for a one-hour late checkout was declined without flexibility. In addition, some basic amenities were missing, such as slippers in the room, no welcoming music or atmosphere at the reception, and a request for extra towels was also refused. I hope these points will be improved to enhance the guest experience.

In general was good a bit far from city centre and a taxi quite expensive and take 30to 40 min for pick ups but generally quite and good energy calming place If you are looking to relax I highly recommend it
