Andorra Mountain Vacations

Un hotel ok para un par de noches en Andorra. El desayuno NO destaca. Algún personal muy amable, otros bastante pesados. Parking estrecho, pero a buen pr3cio (17€). Parece un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas. Jamás de 4.

The Andorra Park Hotel is very special.. This location is walking distance to the main sites in the city. The rooms are extremely large and the bathrooms had radiant heated floors. I had a balcony overlooking the Pyrenees that was incredible!! The staff were incredibly helpful. Lucas, the concierge help me plan several outings that I wanted to see in the two days that I stay there.. Sonia and Yasmin were always welcoming and very helpful. President Emmanuel Macron the Co- Prince of the principality of Andorra stayed at this hotel in April of this year. The hotel hosted a banquet for his visit when he was here…

Overall a great experience just missed kettle, toaster and bottle opener from apartment and more information about amenities could be provided, no information in rooms and had to keep asking staff about everything who were all helpful but nobody told us swim caps to be worn, it was like we were expected to know everything.

A mixed bag here. The room is excellent, as is the location. The kitchen was well-eqipped. There are two convenience stores right outside and the main shopping street is only a couple of minutes walk. There was no on-site parking available despite arriving when check-in opened. Public off-site parking was very expensive. The Hotels.com app advertised, both the day before we arrived (when we booked) and after our arrival, that there was a swimming pool available to guests. There is no pool at the hotel, and the offsite pool had closed for the season several days before our arrival. Staff were unapologetic and quite rude when we noted our displeasure about that 😒 Neither of the two TVs in the apartment worked. Two helpful and friendly maintenance staff spent nearly an hour in our room fixing that. They were great, but that was the last thing we needed after a long day of travel and the pool fiasco. A bottle of bubbly arrived after one TV was fixed and the other TV was replaced 😀
