Mayo River Kid friendly Vacations

Every time we stay here, it’s perfect!

Such a cool experience! The tent itself was clean but there were dirty dishes and utensils put away and the towels smelled like smoke. Only stayed two nights which was perfect for the quaint area. Also we were situated near the road and could hear all the trucks throughout the night.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before this and like their club sandwich, so I checked the QR code next to my bed and sure enough it was still on the menu! I ordered the sandwich at five. They asked me if I could pick it up. No problem. I went at 5:30 to pick it up and the man behind the bar, ignored me for about five minutes until finally a woman came out of the kitchen and I asked her about it when the man behind the bar heard me he said oh is that your order? I haven’t put it in yet. It was now 540. I said forget it. I don’t want it anymore. I proceeded to the front desk manager and she agreed with me that it was unacceptable and put in the order for me and had it delivered to my room. Fine. At 6:15 a knock at the door delivered my sandwich, only it was NOT my sandwich. It was something completely different that did not appeal to me at all (I took one bite and threw it out) again call downstairs to tell them they then connected me to the kitchen where a man proceeded to tell me they no longer have a club sandwich on their menu to which I said excuse me, I used the QR next to my bed and he said well that’s wrong. The next course of action from the manager was to comp my breakfast the next morning. Again fine. On checking out, of course there was a fee for the breakfast! I’m super super disappointed in this place.
