apartment was not clean, items in the sink, discarded cigarettes and bird droppings all over the balcony, unclean items of glassware in the kitchen. The bathroom ceiling had collapsed, with water pouring in from above. I did raise this with maintenance and they did repair it, however before that there was no debris so they had clearly cleaned up the plaster mess and then left the hole and leak unrepaired before I contacted them. The flat is really noisy, with a nightclub enveloping the rear (and a very unsightly rear view) and also a homeless camp out the front on the street with shouting and police until the early hours, and mess during the day. It felt quite unsafe to arrive and leave the apartment, even in daylight hours. I raised it with management and they offered me a discount on my next stay, which must be some kind of joke. Be warned.

We had room 109 and it looked out over the water and the lively street but was very quiet. The shower was amazing as were the products. The coffee and tea and snacks were delicious. The bed was very comfy and the room was nice and dark! We didn’t get to explore the hotel at all since we were just there overnight but we would gladly stay there again if we are lucky enuf to return to Oban. What a great little town and a great hotel experience!

Stay here before and again the service was excellent. The two ladies on reception were very helpful and friendly and also the lady that does the housekeeping was very helpful and friendly to. Rooms have everything you need and more ie hob and fridge and Dyson air fan. Hire an umbrella stand at the front entrance for £2 per day which was definitely needed and a great location Will definitely stay again
