Josee was really nice and incredibly helpful, and overall, we had a lovely stay. The place itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed breakfast. The pool area is especially gorgeous and was a great place to relax.
The only things I would mention are that the cleaning could be a little more detailed around the edges of the bed. Also, unfortunately, the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It dips down quite a bit when you lie in it, so if you have a bad back, I don’t think it would be the most comfortable option.
Overall, though, it’s a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very disappointing for a five star in Vail.
Biggest thing which was shocking is that they do not come and make up the room and restock coffee, etc. every day. Only for three day stays or longer. Can’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel of any rating that didn’t do that. Let alone a five star. Stayed at the Sonnonalp three days later and it was a completely different experience.
Stayed in an executive king with Mountain View. Lots of square footage but completely wasted. Just a giant rectangle with lots of open floor space and no character.
Front desk and concierge were helpful. Lady who is tending by was very rude and obviously having a bad day.
I doubt I will be back. Especially not on my own dime. There are several other options that are better.
