Queensland Honeymoon Vacations

Upon arrival, I was assigned an accessible room that I had not requested. This made me feel very uncomfortable, especially since the balcony was obstructed by the back of a restaurant, offering no view whatsoever. After expressing my concerns, I requested a room change. While I was moved to another room, it was on a lower floor facing the car park, despite the fact that there were other rooms with beautiful views of the swimming pool and landscape. This felt like a missed opportunity for a more enjoyable stay. Additionally, the communication between staff members was quite poor. One staff member informed me that my luggage had been sent to my new room, but I later discovered that it was still in the left luggage room. This lack of coordination only added to my frustration. Lastly, I was disappointed to find that there was no restaurant available in the hotel. The explanation given was that it was closed since COVID-19. The lack of dining option was particularly inconvenient, especially given the hotel is located in a suburb area. Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Great place, good value, handy to Queen street mall, Ann Street shops, restaurants, Central Station. Have stayed many times.

Very clean and quiet, happy with the room layout. Beautiful lobby & outside area fountain was spectacular. Parking was easy at the back of property. Staff helpful and friendly.
