(31 reviews) The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern. (596 reviews) The hotel was fantastoc. The rooms wefe especially impressive. The pool was loevly too! Breakfast great and staff friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for accsessing the Xmas markets, shops and museums as well as the botanical gardens. We walked there from Brussels midi train station and it was pretty much one attaight road. Our only xritisism was not having proper cups or spoons to make tea in the room but we are big tea drinkers!
