I,m sure the hotel is normally great but they are undergoing some significant renovations at the moment so the bar and restaurant are a little makeshift. Really nice staff though and super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again when all the work is completed.

While staying at Le Louise Hotel Brussels - MGallery, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very central area with just a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, which made exploring Brussels extremely convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. We were especially appreciative that they were able to provide a crib for our 1-year-old during our stay, which made traveling with a baby much more comfortable for us. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant onsite. The food was amazing and the service was just as impressive — every staff member we interacted with was attentive, professional, and friendly. The breakfast each morning was also excellent and incredibly convenient before heading out for the day. The hotel’s garden area was also a nice surprise. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and added such a relaxing atmosphere to the property. We only wish we had a room overlooking the garden so we could have woken up to that view every morning. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. 10/10 — we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brussels. We’re already looking forward to our next trip and will absolutely be staying here again.

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

It was clean. Super close to the train station. Elevators. The restaurant was great -best veggie burger ever and the people working in the restaurant went above and beyond to be kind. The hotel staff were so nice as well! The upstairs bar has such a cool view! This is a very comfortable hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the location. 2 small blocks from the grand plaza. Walking distance to many restaurants and the train station central less than one block distance. Across from hotel great small restaurant for waffles etc and the best French fries. Loved the view from our room. We stayed for 4 nights five days. Great stay.
