Staff was great . Had to change rooms. Next room had no refrigerator in it. Cold as it was I didn't have a blanket for 2 days. USED THE SHEETS AND PUT MY COAT ON TOP. OF ME. The third day the cleaning people left a brown folded up blanket on my bed. Phones dont work...

I asked before my stay for guidance on the thermostat and was told it’s different a remote or if it’s built in on the wall without any guidance. The thermostat consistently didn’t work resulting in my room excessively overheating. When I called to get guidance again on the thermostat I was told only an engineer could be sent up. When I pushed for guidance as I didn’t want someone coming up as I was travelling alone I was told they would call me back with some, they never did. Rooms additionally far smaller in reality than photos make them look.
