Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget option.

I absolutely love this hotel. They need a branch in Lima. Why do I love it? Each floor has a living area so you aren’t “stuck” in your bedroom but also not in a lobby where you are exposed to people coming and going. There is a kitchen you have access to so we could warm our left overs and keep it refrigerated. The staff is sooooo considerate!!! It’s the only hotel we have been to where they packaged our breakfast for us to go because we were leaving 4am. This was 3hrs before the actual breakfast time. This warmed my heart. They gave us 2 sandwiches each and 4 different fruits plus sweets. They also kept our suitcases so we could go to Machu Picchu and return for them. The decor is warm and cozy but modern. I LOVE THIS HOTEL. And I wish I could stay there every time I visit Peru.
