Staff and food where both excellent, made to feel welcome. Room was decorated to celebrate our anniversary on arrival. Worth staying in this hotel.

The staff were great, room was a little disappointing as our balcony was just above the roof and view was blocked by the domed roof of the entertainment area. Also the air con didnt work very well, it just seemed to move the hot air around but the temp in October was bareable.
The hotel in general was a little worn out. Just small things like the grouting, light switches, socket outlets. Definitely 1st world issues though!
