Amazing staff and wonderful views

We stayed 5 nights at Art Maisons Oia Castle and 1 night at Aspaki the sister property and both are absolutely amazing! From conscience of airport transportation to meeting the bell boy who carried our bags to the room everything was seamless. Oia castle sits right above Ammoudi Bay with the best sunsets I have ever seen right from your porch. Chris was very helpful and handled everything we needed from scheduling catamaran tours, to renting ATVs for us. He truly is one of a kind! The last night Chris arranged for us to end our trip by upgrading us to Aspaki. This was the best dinner experience at EOS. Breathtaking sunset views on the rooftop terrace and amazing dishes and wine. All in all I have 0 complaints and will be a returning customer for sure!

The property was beautiful. The only thing was the breakfast. We were asked the first day what we wanted and we did not realize we would be eating the same thing every day. I guess that was our fault for not inquiring more. Perfect location, beautiful pool very helpful staff and wonderful trip! Stacey was very helpful in booking all our transfers and cabs and everything was seamless! I would stay here again!

The property has beautiful views and the staff is amazing. The hotel is old and the rooms need to be updated. There was an odor in our room. The pool has cracked tile and no pool service except for a very small bar. 20 minute walk to downtown Fira.

The food was amazing. The views were amazing. It was just a little bit windy, but that’s out of the hotels control but when we got there, they offered us a glass of wine and showed us a map of the whole island and gave recommendations and it was amazing.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was poorly maintained and cleanliness was a serious issue. The bathrobe was dirty, the bed was not properly made, and the bedsheet was stained/dirty. The towels were damp, dirty, and appeared to have been reused. When we requested fresh towels by phone, staff refused. Even after bringing the towels to the front desk/physically showing them, they still refused until another staff member intervened. The hair dryer was broken and sparking, creating a serious fire/electrical hazard, and I was actually burned while using it. After housekeeping supposedly cleaned the room, there was still hair all over the bathroom and bedroom floor. Later that afternoon, we returned to find a broken window hanging off the wall, which was extremely concerning from a safety perspective. There were also repeated noise disturbances, including loud movement around 6 AM. Overall, the room felt unsafe, unclean, poorly maintained, and the response from staff was unacceptable. This was nowhere near the standard I would expect from a hotel.
