The place itself is nice, the swimming pool is unique in its surroundings. The staff members are very nice and courteous. The biggest downside is the level of maintenance of the rooms (all parts, icluding the bathroom and the toilet) which should improve.

We checked-in to suite at Cinnamon life City of Dreams for two nights on our vacation. Cleanliness in the suite was excellent and the bed was very comfortable and a very quite atmosphere. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spead. The pool was very clean and the pool staff was great. The Butler Service assigned for our suite was excellent too.
