Hotel was clean and neat. The only problem there was a smell I couldn’t pinpoint at first. The staff was friendly and willing to assist at all times. Enjoyed my time there.

Disappointing for starters. Punching above their weight in regards to charging top prices for very average services. The Hotel is dated & in need of some love. That was even admitted by a staff member, the old vs the new in the same complex. The location, not near any other places to walk around. Only option is to get transport to the sights. Stayed in the Suite for 2 nights. Not worth the cost. Dark, dingy, with insufficient lighting to even make a cup of coffee or tea. Don't get me wrong, the large windows give a great view of the adjacent reserve but you get that experience from the 4th bar/restaurant. The hotels are across from a busy road but nothing you can do about that. Now our experience is, don’t waste your money at this restaurant. Very expensive, not all the menu items available and then the expected quality is just not there based on the premium price. The brekkie was good, the staff were very friendly and attentive but it just wasn’t enough for us to promote this place based on the price and our experience. In my research there are better places in Nairobi but only stayed here ‘cause of our tour heading off from here. Final comment, look elsewhere.
