The stuff, a lady at the front desk, especially at our checkout the next morning is very rude! Looks like she cannot be bothered to be courteous. The hotel room is okay, kind of small. The location is good.

We were traveling as a family of five, two teenagers and a child so we had to book the room with two bedrooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and my son had a great time. We didn’t use the gym or spa. The laundry in the room was super convenient, but the dryer didn’t dry as effectively as we are used to, but it was good to have the option. The room was always stocked with water, which was nice. The front desk staff are friendly. We had visited their lounge, which was very nice to unwind after a very long day. I thought that the location was close to dining and shopping options. Overall, we had a great time at this luxurious hotel.

My son had several deliveries during our stay, and the staff accommodated all of them without any issues. They handled everything efficiently, which made our stay much more convenient. The staffs can speak English, which make it easy to communicate and stress free. They are friendly, approachable and smily.
