We got a room upgrade upon check-in and that was the beginning of a perfect stay. Between the staff, the amenities, the food and the location, the Peninsula in Beijing was absolutely perfect.

The stuff, a lady at the front desk, especially at our checkout the next morning is very rude! Looks like she cannot be bothered to be courteous. The hotel room is okay, kind of small. The location is good.

My son had several deliveries during our stay, and the staff accommodated all of them without any issues. They handled everything efficiently, which made our stay much more convenient.
The staffs can speak English, which make it easy to communicate and stress free.
They are friendly, approachable and smily.

"This was a Hutong Hotel to experience old Beijing living. It was fun! We enjoyed meeting other people too in the common area.(tip: better to use Baidu maps, than Google maps when traveling in Beijing)"
