Staff were polite and friendly. My room was spacious. Most importantly, the pool was long enough, even though at times, it was a bit crowded. My only comment was the unavailability of a business center for guest use. (Its center was restricted for privileged guests.) I did inquire the availability of such facility prior to my booking and was told that it existed, but no mentioning of privileged guests was given. I would have brought my own laptop (prefer not to do that during my vacation) or booked some other hotel. At the end, I was given the privilege to only visit the center and use its computer ONCE... this was somewhat disappointing. I started my trip in Vancouver and now continuing with my trip in Hong Kong. The hotels in both cities provided desktop computers, printers, etc. for general use. (Otherwise, why would I be able to type in this comment now!)
