We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel valued throughout our visit.

The reception and wait staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a quiet location and the rooms were modern and clean. Despite our room being next to the elevator bank, we never heard them. The breakfast was a great value, delicious, and included in the room cost. We had dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant and it was really good. The hotel was a 15-18 minute tram ride to the Old Town via a couple of different starting locations 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel. The river is 5 minutes away and one could walk 35 minutes to the Old Town along the river. Nearby there were some decent restaurants, and a good ice cream spot near the river. About 8 minutes walk from the hotel was a botanical gardens that were interesting and peaceful.

Everything was very good. Clean, energy efficient. Breakfast was nice, but could become crowded. The room’s balcony was very nice, too, with a nice view of the city. Good neighborhood, as well. Just slightly off the tourist beaten path.

Air conditioning did not work in our room, the staff solution was providing fans. VERY BAD.

This is a lovely boutique type hotel that is beautifully done in the Art Deco style. The rooms are quite spacious, the shower is amazing, and the staff are accommodating. The restaurant is physically beautiful with tile work throughout, and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet offers many choices of hot food, cheeses, breads and pastries, and espresso drinks. While it is on a busy street car line, the facility is well insulated and the sounds are largely muted. I would definitely stay here again. It is well located in the city and easy to walk to most places.

The Emblem was in the prime location of Old Town Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean! Housekeeping lady was very sweet and attentive if we needed anything. Overall stay 10/10 my only gripe is the keys to get into room and gate can sometimes be a pain. Other than that, no complaints!

Great location for walking or taking the transit to activities. Clean rooms that were comfortable and a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff are lovely and helpful.

Very well located to walk to all the central Prague sites. Lovely room and good breakfast, If you need parking, you do need to book ahead as they only have three spaces - and while expensive it saves you a lot of hassle - though you do need to give them notice when you want to retrieve your car as cars park in front of the garage!
