The room was congested but decent. The restroom door wouldn’t close fully, it keeps opening. Also the shower doesnt have a full cover and it’s too small so the water keeps splattering out.

Unfortunately, downtown Portland is not the city it was!

Beautiful condo, views were amazing, and easy access to the boardwalk.

Amazing view and amenities

Always a pleasure staying at Hotel Lucia. Thank you for the upgrade, top floor like staying in a penthouse. Happy hour had complimentary rootbeer, and of course pinball. Most importantly, While checking out I had a mishap, and had to go to the hospital and the night crew went above and beyond to help me. Not to go into details, but I greatly greatly appreciate the care and concern of the staff. When something like this happens, it really demonstrates how excellent staff are I cannot express my gratitude enough. Looking forward to my next adventure at the Hotel Lucia, without the misadventure.

Gracie’s was very good!

Not great value for the price. The hotel had clearly been recently redone in some areas, so parts of it looked very nice aesthetically, but a lot of things didn’t feel very functional. The marble shower, updated sinks, and small kitchenette in the room were beautiful, and the bed was comfortable with a nice TV setup. The biggest issue was the toilet constantly clogging and barely flushing, which was honestly pretty gross. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The staff was super kind, and the lobby looked nicely renovated, but beyond that the property still felt quite dated. The hallways were dingy, there was no pool, and the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy with not much around. There was also some kind of orange liquid/stain on the lampshade, which made the room not feel as clean as it should have been. Overall it was a fine stay for one night, but definitely not worth the price we paid, and there are some maintenance and cleanliness issues that I think need to be addressed!

Very adorable setting. My room actually had a backdoor. Parking is controlled using a parking pass. The rooms are outfitted with many kitchen items for longer stays. Very convenient location.
