Problem #1 toilet flusher handle didn’t work. I got housekeeping to fix it quickly. #2 there appeared to be no phone charger in the room. I asked at reception and they couldn’t tell me exactly where it was so I continued scouring the room till I found it on the bedside table clock. Who knew!

While the date was amazing, kind, caring. Right there when you needed and went above and beyond the room was dry and felt like there was zero ventilation and the bed was an absolute stone. They did add a pillow topper on the mattress but unfortunately it was very uncomfortable. We would not rebook at this hotel.

While the date was amazing, kind, caring. Right there when you needed and went above and beyond the room was dry and felt like there was zero ventilation and the bed was an absolute stone. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Our room was large and it had one full bath and one half bath. We had a wonderful view. The hotel is gorgeous and it the perfect spot to visit all the highlights of Ottawa.

Upgraded our room from a king bed with a steam shower to a king bed with a jacuzzi on arrival which was a nice surprise.
Staff are all very courteous and helpful, and the amenities like free coffee, the spa and the restaurant made for a great experience.
Good price and a good time, would recommend to friends/family.
