It would’ve been nice to have been told the kids pool would be out of action for entire stay. No compensation.
The laundry services are ridiculously expensive at $3 per item. Also if you want a machine coffee in the morning, it’s not included. You must pay for that. I think that should be standard with most hotels these days. The room was clean and good.

Room was cleaned every morning, the resort grounds were always spotless, food and drinks were amazing and for a good price. Reception was really easy to deal with. Staff always had a smile on their face and very welcoming

The hotel staff were so friendly. The hotel was very clean, the pool kept clean and there were always fresh towels available. The breakfast was delicious and hot, nice variety. On a 3 week stay, we did not get sick of the breakfast once. Everything was pleasant. Great location! We will definitely be returning to this hotel! 5/5 stay!

とても良いホテルでしたが、ひとつだけ悲しい事実が・・・
ジョグジャベイウオーターパークに行くので１泊しました、トランスジョグジャのロッテモールのバス停からタクシーで行きました。（２万Ｒｐくらいです）ウオーターパークのスタッフに場所を尋ねたのですが、誰もわからず、ネットで調べてもらい場所が判明しました。歩いて５分くらいです。周囲には レストランもあります。観光客も全くいないので、ローカルな雰囲気が好きな方にはお勧めです。ホテルは以前は流行っていたんだろうな、という感じで古くてあちこち傷んだところもありますが、スタッフは親切だし、エアコン、シャワーも快適でした。ただ一つ残念なことは、このホテルに泊まると絶対にビールは飲めない、というのは保証します。
