Accommodation was good. However, apartments are poorly furnished with lots of wear and tear. Restaurant food was expensive and not fresh. No hot water at night.

Dominic was the BEST! Felt so much love for the staff. Most unique and magical hotel stay experience of my life.

Stayed in the newly renovated sea view rooms which was great. Always a great stay with good facilities, helpful staff and great theme nights and entertainment. The only draw back was the Alkaline water at breakfast which was not fresh and some food items (mini steaks) running out. Otherwise always a winner.

Customer service at the reception could be worked on. The staff seem to go good at everything on the computers but when dealing with people and concerns there’s a lack of skill.

The staff is exceptional. Everyone very nice and attentive. Special kudos to Victoria in the restaurant. If we move to Kenya, we will hire her away.

This is my third time I am staying in this hotel, As usual, the reception team was amazing—especially Mile (if I’m remembering her name correctly). She was incredibly helpful.”
