Staff were awesome and food was great.

I will admit that my expectations were mediocre for this hotel, and they continually surprised me. Every single staff member I interacted with was so professional and genuinely helpful. You can tell there’s a strong management presence on the ground floor. Very customer service oriented. The hotel is refreshed and clean. It’s got a Starbucks in the lobby and the little restaurant they have there had a fantastic, like really really really fantastic buffet. I also had another meal there and it was also really actually good. And wasn’t outrageously expensive either. Parking was also easy and accommodating. I use the pool facility as well and it was incredibly clean. Same with the gym. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming through town.

It’s an older facility; no indoor pool. But it was clean, central location and good size room with a tub which I appreciate.

The location is excellent. The hotel situated near Lyon LRT station. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the Parliament. There is a Food basic grocery store around the corner. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was renovated.
