We had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was varied, locally sourced and delicious. Very conveniently located for the metro and Praterstern station. I would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna in future.

The entire staff was phenomenal. I would like to point out Lea and Anastasia. Both helped me tremendously from breakfast (which Lea ran exceptionally) to random tourist questions I had (Anastasia was so helpful and patient). The room was lovely, the breakfast is tasty and many options and the overall vibe was classy but comfortable). I would definitely stay again. The one thing i must point out was the construction. The drilling and noise was present from my first arrival day to my last full day. I stayed 8 nights. I guess bad timing for me because it was constant. No way was I ever getting an afternoon nap. Again, not reflective of any of the staff just,bad timing for me booking during their upgrade. Other than that.....the stay was phenomenal!!! Thankk you !!!

In every area, our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely get the romantic dinner for two: most exquisite meal we've ever had. Each course was phenomenal. Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. After working 20 years in surgery, I have very high standards for cleanliness: A here. Highly recommend.

The staff were all lovely and everything was very clean and new throughout which was great. We were disappointed with the facilities considering that this is marketed as 4 star hotel. This is a B&B with basic continental breakfast. If you are OK with that then I don't think you will be at all disappointed. Don't expect a 4 star hotel though. Reception and front door are locked after 7pm and there were no hot drinks facilities in the rooms and just a very basic TV.

Room with window/view of outdoor elevator shaft. Staff not familiar with Expedia platinum VIP access properties benefits. Hotel manager not on premises, not reach-able by reception.

We had a wonderful time, very convenient location an parking; bus station in less than 1 min walk away; you are in Innsbruck city center in less than 30 minutes. Huge rooms, great views, very good breakfast which was unexpected. Thank you guys.

Honestly, one of my favorite destinations and stays on a long list of places visited. Beautiful views, great spa facilities with use late into the night, and excellent staff. Our room was upgraded and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet was of top quality and restaurant served excellent meals. Bed was spacious and comfortable with a great morning sunrise view. Thank you so much for a short but amazing stay.
