Walking in the room or someone walking upstairs or in staircase can produce loud noises from loosened wood structures. Kitchen was not adequately cleaned. Countertop still had marks left from uncleaned dish plates. The dish rack was partly rusted. « No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove. »

« Generally, the place met the expectations but you must expect some humidity and what's come with it. If you plan to go to Boston with the train, expect some difficulties in late night because the train station is close, this is true, but at night the trains are not so easy to catch (consult the mbta site to understand the lines and their schedule). Our comeback from Fenway Park was a pain in the *** after the game. However, yes it's really quiet (at least the moments we were there). »

« The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays. »
