You are acosted by the parking enforcement upon arrival and harassed to unload your vehicle in under 30 minutes (up to the third floor). Upon entering the unit- it was sweltering hot with 2 portable units for AC that barely worked. 2 of 4 sleeping areas had AC. « My children and I had a wonderful time in Old Orchard Beach made in part by our stay at this property. The apartment was clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs. The host was incredible and super quick to respond to all of my questions. I will surely look to book this property again when I return to the area. »

« The studio was lovely. Although small we had enough storage and the car was parked literally outside the door so we could stow anything bulky in the car but still have easy access. It was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The restaurant next door that is owned by the same family was excellent. Easily walkable to Perkins Cove the Marginal Way and downtown Ogunquit. We would stay again without question. »

« Not a bad place ultimately. Definitely had pros and cons. The amount of bedrooms, the location, and the outdoor space was nice. As well as having a washer and dryer in the unit, even though they didn’t work great. The cons, two of the bedrooms didn’t have AC and our baby monitors reached over 80 degrees because they were so hot in them. « We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had an awesome time. You can tell it has been updated recently and they did a fantastic job. Very clean and super cute. The wifi kept going in and out but owners were right on top of fixing the issue. Super close to the beach and shops.
