« Stay was great. The one issue that I had was with parking. If you’re not careful about when/where you park during weekday business hours then it could add a lot of additional expenses. Fortunately, I was familiar with the area, but if someone forgets to pay for parking or leaves a vehicle somewhere to long then it will get them a parking ticket very quickly. »

« Went during a very cold time in upstate NY.Entered the residence and there was no heat. It was 58 degrees...if the old thermostat was correct.Communicated with host ,waited an hour with our coats on. They did get someone out and it was supposedly fixed....but we had already left, after waiting an hour, for a local hotel. Here is why...1) just looking at the original thermostat to the older home made us not so confident that we would continue to have heat all night. 2) there were 2 window air...
