Nice place well located. Parking is about 5 min walk from hotel.

Definitely recommend. We had the 3 bedroom and it was clean, great layout, nicely decorated. The staff made sure everthing was handled and going smooth.

My family of six stayed here- we are from New York, we didn’t know the area very well. My husband and my four kids and I just adored this place. We booked a double room, which was perfect. The front room. The four kids stayed in and my husband and I stayed in the other room. The kids haven’t stopped talking about how much fun they had there. It was so comfy and quiet. The people at the desk were above and beyond helpful. Just an amazing part of our trip to Northern Ireland!

Really well located and only 15 minutes from city airport. Some really lovely features inside, well decorated and the staff were friendly. Only two concerns - the first night was incredibly loud when we were trying to sleep as there was a wedding on in the hotel. The team did offer to move us but after a day of travel, we just wanted to rest so decided against it and the noise stopped at midnight so it wasn’t too bad. Second issue was upon checkout when we were told we owed money for bar drinks which had been charged to the room. We only had two drinks each across two nights and paid for them at the time, nor did we ever mention the room number when ordering. It suggests that there are no checks when someone says they’re staying in a certain room can walk away with free drinks, and someone else will be asked to pick up the bill. The team were very gracious about it and removed the charge when we explained there’s no way it could have been us. I would still recommend the hotel but think it’s only fair to flag issues, and acknowledge that the team responded well to each.

Everything was perfectly fine for my husband and I. But, if you need to have fun with Sauna, Bubble Bath, Gym and more you need to follow what in the reception they telling you on arrival that YOU NEED TO BOOK in advance because they are so busy down the area
