I had some difficulty trying to open the lockbox…directions would help. Knowing that no elevator was available it would be helpful to know a flight of stairs was necessary to get to our room. I’m 81 and had to lift a 60lb suitcase upstairs. Orherwise very pleased with accommodations. »
