Room was a cozy room so small with a king size bed and compact clean bathroom. Good for rhe price. For me it was the staff that made my stay special. Lynette the manager at breakfast and all of her super friendly attentive staff could not do enough. I was staying on my own and they made me feel so comfortable and treated me so wonderfully explaning what was available and were attentive. Lynette made the stay so memorable and is an asset to the hotel which is in a convenient location for what i was in Birmingham for.

The room was absolutely gorgeous the shower was great the staff were so nice and the breakfast was spectacular.. very very very nice hotel worth the price❤️
