« Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips! »

« We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. »

« The breakfast is delicious. The shuttle to Mayo is terrific. Both the Tom’s take such good care of their customers. The kitchen’s are well equipped. Nice large refrigerator with even a dishwasher. Saves so much money by bringing your own food and not going out. The pet’s price is great and do nice to have your pet with you. I have stayed here several times taking my mom to Mayo. Will not stay anywhere else! »

« This was our second time staying at this hotel. We were pleasantly impressed by the staff's friendliness, the cleanliness of the rooms and property as a whole, and just the whole place in general. Unfortunately, doe to Mayo procedures, I've never been able to partake of the breakfast but it is your basic, continental breakfast and looks fresh and good. 24 hour coffee in the lobby is nice for us caffeine junkies. « Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes…
Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette.
Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« The hotel itself had all the amenities. The room tv stand that had the microwave and fridge the doors did not close properly. It was difficult to get to the fridge as the tv stand door kept closing in on it. The closet door had stains on it as well and the light pole had not been wiped down. The staff was wonderful and parking was easy! »
