Very friendly & helpful staff, amazing wellness area and superb food, both breakfast and dinner.
The only downside is the sound insulation between the rooms.

Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday.

ChatGPT rated this as in the top three places to stay. In our opinion you’re paying for location. That’s a 5 star. The room is ok, we ate supper in their Restaurant and it was good, breakfast was just ok, staff were all polite. We have been staying in 5 star places and in comparison to other places we have stayed on this vacation, except for location this falls short for the money we paid.
