The proximity to the Zokalo museums restaurants is particularly good. The staff was attentive, and my housekeeper was incredibly intuitive about what I did and did not like.
She noted if I didn’t want a blanket or specific pillow and together my room accordingly
The restaurant was good for breakfast. I did not eat there any other meals.
Check in and check out was incredibly simple

Hotel was beautiful and staff were amazing. The breakfast was good. Would have preferred a menu but they will make almost anything you want. Location was not great since you had to get a taxi to get into town each time. Hot tub was just a lukewarm pool. Kids were loud sometimes until late. Overall and beautiful hotel and great staff just not entirely the experience I was looking for.

I only stayed 1 night in a tiny room smaller than an inside cabin on a cruise ship. When I complained, they upgraded me to a room in their sister hotel, Casa Olié, It was roomy, had a king-size bed and was excellent. I will stay there whenever I am in
