« Perfect location for exploring York with free parking included. The staff were lovely, with a warm welcome and farewell. The room was equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, which we hadn't expected. The proximity of the room to the road, and being above the bar meant it was noisy, but we were prepared for that. « Brilliant place for a short stay, we stayed 1 night and it was lovely the room was very clean and tidy the bed was comfortable there are no draws for clothes but for a short stay it didnt matter. Breakfast was included there was a selection of cereal, toast and cooked breakfast to order which was very nice. « Really good stay. Had an issue with the bathroom plug and was able to speak to someone straight away. Very hot in the apartment, especially the bathroom. Another fan or two would have been great. Only issue was in the parking area, very tight to get out the space when all spaces were being used. Walkable to everywhere if interest. Would recommend and stay again. »
