My first impression was it seemed empty. Not a lot of cars in the parking lot and upon entering looked quiet. Renovations definitely going on. The room was definitely recently done and was sparkling clean. Only negative was the walls are pretty thin so you hear every door closing. Great staff. Very helpful with every question. Left something behind and called. They were very responsive in trying to help us out and called me back to let me know they located the item.

There wasn't an elevator, and they should let guests know this in advance. The room had a balcony, but the furniture really needed cleaning. The sliding door dropped old bee's nest when I opened it.
