I stay here regularly when I visit London. This was our 6 th time. Our room was just a little odd with a double fold out bed - confused as to why in a double room in a hotel you would have a fold down bed and not a standard double bed.

loved how it was right by the train and tube. the kids loved the hotel. it felt like a maze on our first day but was able to navigate our way around the hotel just fine. the whole “windowless” room kind of scared me but there was a window and it was opaque so you can’t see out but light was able to pass thru so that was awesome

The check in was the worst most stressful experience I have ever encountered. Never again. The property is in a great location but pretty tired and needs to be modernised. 4 x flights of stairs and no lift. Considering where it is it was q quiet flat.

Lovely stay at The Stratford for 2 nights whilst we attended concerts at the O2 and Tottenham Stadium - super convenient for both. Nice room & overall amenities. Only thing we’d have changed was the length of the bed, as it was noticeably short. I’m 5’8” at my feet hung over the bottom of the bed. My husband is 6’5” and had no chance! The beds, linens and towels were all really good quality, so this is a minor point really, but it might put us off rebooking again.
