The property was nice for a large family to stay. It fit our entire family which was nice but it’s not shiny new. Road noise at night is obnoxious but we were near the front. The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost we paid vs other name brand hotels / properties. Overall I enjoyed our stay but it was because of the people that worked there.

Like my google review the place is great. However they kinda ruined our Valentines dinner with the music. It was so loud I couldnt have a conversation with my wife except for in between songs. Food was excellent but a shame they feel loud is better our our stay would have been way better.

The room was very nice and i appreciated the courtesy of the staff. Breakfast was small but delicious and enough to get you out and about for the day. Magical place, great staff and an experience that made me feel totally connected to the rainforest. The natural hot springs, the horseback ride through the jungle, the chocolate tasting. All of it spectacular and is a great way to start your Pura Vida trip. Would highly recommend
