(Someone had to go with me to the room to open the door) because the key system were not working. As a woman traveling alone it was very frustrating having to go up alone with a man to open my room every time I wanted to enter. Breakfast was on point. The only good thing out of my stay. "The restaurant was awful. They had no idea what to do. I ordered room service and it took a long time. On the top of it the steak was burnt. Not just overcooked but burnt. The worst experience I've had with room service by far."
