Good hotel and was central. Everything was walking distance. Rooms were kept tidy and had cleaners in daily. WIFI was hit and miss. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection on offer. Would definitely stay here again.

1er bémol, le personnel de la réception ne sait pas gérer les demandes de la clientele par exemple, présentation du sire, des activites offertes, et offrir un sourire.
2e bémol, une odeur de puisard est apparue dans la douche de notre chambre qui aura pris 2 jours a régler.

Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming.
However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several times to have glasses on our table cleared.

Amazing experience; I would revisit the hotel in the near future
It is great for families with children as it has mini zoo integrated with beautiful and unique huge gardeen.
Not to mention the eco friendly environment including the excellent staff behaviour
Honestly it is one of fhs best hotel i have ever visited life

"We booked a transfer which although confirmed did not arrive, we took a private taxi and when we got to the hotel they said that they hasn’t received our booking - we were put in a private apartment a 20 minute walk from the hotel. "I've been agadir serval times. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Theirs no iron, moved rooms 3 times due to their being an air conditioning fault. Iron service is a joke. Promised me it will be done in 30 minutes and it was dropped off to me after 6 hours. The clothes were more straightened ..."
