« Loved the location (easy to find/get to, parking, central) and the layout provides ability for couples to have places to gather yet have privacy when needed. Only draw back is the limited natural light - that said, with so many tourist attractions, shops and bars near by I would not have that detour you from staying here! »

« We stayed here for a weekend due to a funeral. Property was clean, spacious and had amazing views of downtown Louisville and the river. Safe and clean neighborhood. Amenities were amazing, we utilized the pools to relax at the end of our stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone. »

« We were in Louisville for a conference and the location couldn’t have been better. Even though it was close to 4th Street live and few doors from a night club, you hardly knew you were in an entertainment area once inside the apartment. Definitely would stay again if the need arises. »

« We had an excellent stay. Matt was very communicative and helpful. The facility was easy to access and the check in process was a breeze. This was a trip with friends. We enjoyed lounging in the room every evening after all of our daily activities were complete. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. »

(The kids stated it with the bunk beds without being prompted); teenagers shared that room. House was comfortable and host was great. « We spent four fantastic days within this apartment. It is ideally located downtown in Louisville and is walkable to most every major site. It also comes with very convenient parking that allows a person to have a car to be able to reach restaurants or sites that are a little bit further out. The apartment itself is gorgeous and comes with every amenity. I would highly recommend this to anybody spending time in Louisville »
