We found the home to be quite comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We hosted friends for breakfast, it was great to linger over coffee without being rushed. Check in was a breeze, we were 20 min from anywhere in Louisville. It was decorated so nice , Beds super comfortable, well stocked amenities . Never felt uneasy in that location and we were coming back late from our adventures about town . After midnight most of the time. Was quiet for being downtown. We were celebrating my sister's 50th Birthday that weekend with concerts museums, thrifting. A great place !!! Definitely will stay there again for my overnight travels . The carpets in both bedrooms were disgusting and either needed to be cleaned or actually replaced. The mattress on the bed in the yellow bedroom. Was sagging in the middle and needs to be replaced. It was also a duplex with an upstairs unit, which is not in the listing and you can hear everything from whoever is staying upstairs. I do not recommend. ##### Robin R.
