The location was great with the free parking in the neighboring parking deck. The apartment with the upstairs bedroom and shared patio space was bueno. Kudos to the owners for stocking the coffee maker with little things like coffee, flavorings, sugar, etc. Also the bullet smoothie machine was a wonderful addition. I couldnt get the fan above the bed to work and the shower is likely tight for anyone above 6ft or 250lbs. Could not have asked for a better location - close enough to walk pretty much anywhere downtown, but far enough from 4th Street Live to be nice and quiet. Condo was very clean and well appointed.
