Sunrise Point Ramp 72

The hotel itself was perfect for our stay. The valets were great to get information from. Some of the other staff were not helpful or crabby. Our flight didn't leave until the evening so we asked for a late check-out option. They stated that the indoor pool had showers and bathrooms to get ready in. I wish I would've checked it out before assuming it would work for us. We spent the day at the pool and beach. When it was time to get ready for the airport we went to the indoor pool. There were no showers. The shower that was there was a rinse off shower out by the pool. I was very disappointed!

I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of waterway and golf course.

3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo we stayed in, everything was damp, floors were dirty, mold issues and ice machine was broken. The pools were great even though you had to have a card key for every little thing.
