This stay was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. No noise in the hallway at night at all. Alex who checked us in and out couldn’t have been more helpful. The spa was lovely and clean and made us feel extremely relaxed. We will be back again 😊

We had a fantastic 3‑night stay at Charles Hope Plymouth. The apartment was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything we needed was provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces — which made our stay effortless and enjoyable.
The amenities were excellent, with all the little details covered, so we never felt like anything was missing. It was the perfect base for our trip, combining convenience with comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, contemporary place to stay in Plymouth.

Very nice hotel and good value for money. No air conditioning. Rooms a nice size. Lift was out of order when we were there. Staff were friendly. Hotel had it's own nice pub with burgers and pies and other stuff. Good location for the station and town centre

I booked a small room for one night. I arrived half an hour early but wasn’t able to check in until the check in time of 2pm. Not sure if that’s because my room wasn’t ready or whether it’s strictly 2pm. Room 2 was clean and had everything I needed although I could hear the kitchen fans quite loudly ...
