A few things, like a microwave, weren’t in the room (maybe just a cultural difference, not sure) but overall the hotel was in a nice area with plenty of food options nearby. The staff were very helpful, especially with the room and giving directions around the city. (1,008 reviews) I would say this hotel is one of the best-located places in all of Seoul. It’s situated within walking distance of several major metro lines, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and having an Emart and a pharmacy on the first floor is a big plus. The airport limousine bus also stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival and departure very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the only downside for me was the cleanliness. I understand that April is a particularly bad time for air pollution, but both my friend and I developed acute allergic bronchitis, which we believe was due to poorly maintained ventilation and the lack of an air purifier in the room. This was disappointing, especially since we chose the hotel based on many reviews praising its cleanliness. That said, I would still consider staying here again, mainly because of its unbeatable location and overall convenience.
