I’m familiar with Winona and knew this home was a modest walking distance from dining spots (Nosh, Muddled Thyme, Blooming Grounds and Heirloom Seasonal Bistro) and Midtown Market. The home itself is compact but clean, modern and functional. I really appreciated the dedication to labeling all the light switches and storage! I sat out in the private patios both nights - no mosquitoes! »

Showers (2) - one attached to master bedroom, one shower to serve the other 3 bedrooms (6 people). Laundry in basement was very convenient. Owner is very responsive. No grocery or restaurants close enough for a short walk, just need to plan ahead. Quiet neighborhood. Large back yard and fun to see fireflies come out of the woods at sunset. »

The neighborhood has tons of restaurants and the kitchen is very well set up. The rooms are clean and well decorated. It’s a cute house with great original features that have been well maintained.
